LW: 110 (back in my party days lived off hard liquor and . . . um . . . other things that may cause weight loss)
CW: 150 (getting there!)
GW: 127 (more of a range between 125 and 130 even though it's on the heavier side of my height's normal weight. I liked that range when I was there back in the day. Curves, but no jiggle)0 -

I had a body analysis done since I lift weights + do cardio so the whole weight - BMI thing is not accurate for me. My LBM (lean body mass) is 136 lbs -- my body has changed a LOT considering I weighed 136 when I was in my 20's & 30's - but that was at like a 18% body fat too.0 -

GW: as soon as baby gets here i am hitting the streets and lots of strength training. would like to be 120lb for my frame, but if i can get enough muscle tone 130 would be awesome!

I'm 5'4" and I have been overweight all my life, by the time I had finished my graduation I was close to 210 lbs(95 kgs). Then I lost all that weight and got down to 167 lbs(75 kgs) at my lightest. Two years of Bschool after that and for my post graduation party, I weighed 233 lbs(106 kgs) which is my heaviest so far. Currently I weigh 215 lbs(~98 kgs) and just got into the BMI range of Obese from Morbidly obese. My goal weight is 150 lbs(68 kgs) - which is the maximum limit for somebody my height and age. Though this time I'm finding it harder to lose the weight in spite of working out really hard, I think it's the age but I'm happy that I've started. Sooner or later, I'll get there. Amen. my GOAL SQUAT is now 230# (I revised to 230 after meeting my original goal of 200)

Me: five foot seven (lol manlet!), 45 years old at the start. Been overweight/obese all of my adult life
Started may 2012:
230 lbs
Around 40% bodyfat
Wheezing going up three flights of stairs
Hadn't touched weights in a decade, maybe more
On October 20, 2013:
160.0 lbs
Around 24% bodyfat
Turning six mile a day every workday - with a forty-pound pack on my back
Lifts (for reps):
Squat: 160 lbs
Bench: 140 lbs
Overhead press: 85 lbs
Deadlifts: 220 lbs
Bent-over row: 120 lbs
My goal is lowering that bodyfat percentage to the high teens.0 -
