    I have lost 50 lbs now and want to lose that much more. I can deal with another 40 lbs and that would be fine, but 50 lbs more is my ultimate goal.

    Sorry about your mom. The bright side of all this is it has motivated you to live your life to the fullest. I am sure that is what she would want you to do. You have made her proud.

    OH and that logging bit, keep it up it really works that is the major difference in my current weight loss Journey from all the others. Keep it up.

    I started on my road to a better my in May of 2012. I had just lost my mother to cancer. I was fat and miserable. I lost weight quickly and in my first year I was down 90 pounds. I plateaued after that...gained and lost the same 5 pounds for 5 months. A few weeks ago, I made some big changes...started logging everything again...the weight stated coming off again. Today I am officially down 100.2 pounds! I still have 82 to go to reach my goal, but I know it won't be long until I'm there!!
