Hey fellow MFP'ers. I had a question. I have come to a stop in my weight loss and due to some physical issues (back pain, sacrum issues) I am not able to work out. I am currently taking in 1200 calories and I really never go over on my calories. Any ideas on how I can boost my weight loss? I am wanting to lose 15 more pounds before I reach my goal weight. Thanks!! Any advice would be appreciated.

well at 15lbs left 1/2lb a week is a good goal...
but as for your food hard to say as your diary is closed.
The last 10-15 usually goes slowly and hard...based on my understanding...0 -
How long have you been on a platteau for?
Do you accurately weigh and measure everything?
What rate of loss is your MFP currently set to? - with only 15lb to lose you should be aiming for only around 0.5 lb per week loss.0 -
You definitely want to focus more on your nutrition during this time. Have you hit a plateau or are you just trying to prevent one from happening?0

My diary is open now.
I have been on a plateu for a little over a week now. I was just getting used to losing weight ever week, then it stopped.
