Hey fellow MFP'ers. I had a question. I have come to a stop in my weight loss and due to some physical issues (back pain, sacrum issues) I am not able to work out. I am currently taking in 1200 calories and I really never go over on my calories. Any ideas on how I can boost my weight loss? I am wanting to lose 15 more pounds before I reach my goal weight. Thanks!! Any advice would be appreciated.

well at 15lbs left 1/2lb a week is a good goal...

but as for your food hard to say as your diary is closed.

The last 10-15 usually goes slowly and hard...based on my understanding...

How long have you been on a platteau for?
Do you accurately weigh and measure everything?
What rate of loss is your MFP currently set to? - with only 15lb to lose you should be aiming for only around 0.5 lb per week loss.

You definitely want to focus more on your nutrition during this time. Have you hit a plateau or are you just trying to prevent one from happening?

My diary is open now. :) I have been on a plateu for a little over a week now. I was just getting used to losing weight ever week, then it stopped.

    A week? No, that's not a plateau.
