After yo-yo dieting and wrecking my metabolism eating between 0 - 1300 calories over the past year, I've decided to start fresh.
I've taken the brave step to ramp up my calories to 2500 per day and starting weight training 6 days per week.
I'm avoiding much cardio as I want to grow muscle fast and torch the fat.
Ultimate goal is to torch the fat to 10% from 33.3% right now.
The scales are already saying I'm losing weight. I can't wait to see what happens.
I'm being realistic on the timescale too giving myself 6-8 months. Instead of trying to lose 30Kg in a couple of months.
Bring on the ripped real me

I love this.
This is similar to what I'm trying to do...Except I'm only weight training 3 days...and running/yoga 2-3 of the other days.
Do you track your calories exactly or do you do more guestimation? Are you weighing yourself on a scale?0 -

If you want to jack your BMR, start running or cycling.0 -
I'm using both MFP food tracking and a bit of portion control for calories.
I still weigh myself daily but now I'm only going to record weekly weight every monday.0
