healthy fats

Hey friends I need help coming up with healthy fats to eat as snacks or with my lunches. Normally I have my steamfresh bag of veggies and some protein like eggs or fish, but I am getting really bloated due to the large amounts of veggies. I have read probiotics or healthy fats help break down the veggies but I am not sure what I should add.

What do you eat for lunch and dinner that includes healthy fats?

I add avocado to my salads or sandwiches, a handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews) olive oil can be used in salad dressings. Olives, Sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds can be added to salads, peanut butter, tofu, You already eat fish and eggs so that's good too.

Some 2% yogurt with a handful of nuts + granola + dried fruit :) Nice mix in there and some good fibre too.

Probiotics AND healthy fats. Win win!

Saturated animal fats and coconut and palm oils are very good for you.

Nuts----Walnuts, pistachios, almonds are the best and will fill you up but stay away from salted peanuts.

i always recommend probiotics and digestive enzymes to help with digestion and bloat.

as for good fats try avacado, extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil, sliced or whole RAW almonds (no salt), or have some salmon instead of chicken/steak/eggs

Cook with coconut or olive oils, snack on raw nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts), put avacado slices on anything you'd like! I make my own coconut butter and almond butter that are great sources of dietary fats. Olives are great as well!

Thanks for all the ideas everyone !! I am defiantly going to invest in a probiotic. Is there one that is better? I know some have different types of live bacteria.

I have just been really bloated these past few days and the only change in my diet is more veggies! I had some almonds today, and love avacado so I will have to grab some of those.

    Thanks again !!!

I thought the same thing lol I did some googling and there are many variations but its basically little bite size snack things that have a higher % in fat. Apparently some people on keto diets, which require higher fat intake, use these. One guys recipe sounds...really sweet? lol idk they don't seem appetizing but I have all the ingredients so I will give it a shot.

    3/4 cup melted coconut oil
    150g almond butter
    60 drops liquid Stevia
    50g cocoa
    150g melted salted butter

some add in shredded coconut and diced nuts etc. basically homemade chocolate candies....
