My first day

This is my first day here. I have started exercising for 30 mins a day for 5-6 days a week. I have been either walking, Richard Simmons tapes, or Wii Fitness. I am hoping by counting calories also I will start to lose some weight finally. Any food tips would be great. I am really confussed on what is a healthy butter to use. Any help??:bigsmile:

    Welcome. I have been on MFP for 3 months, starting my 4th. It's the best decision I have made in many years. I have lost weight with diets many times before, but it was never a lifestyle change.     Depending on your definition of healthy, I like the I can't believe it's not butter spray, if I really need it. Just remember that those sprays add up!
