sciatica nerve and my treadmill

Anyone else have a problem with their sciatica nerve being aggravated by exercising on the treadmill. Does losing weight make it easier to workout on the treadmill without aggravating it? I don't remember having this issue when I was skinny.
I am worried about winter and not being able to walk outdoors anymore. *sigh*

Not with the treadmill, but I experienced the same thing on the elliptical after doing it regularly for about 2 months....it was horrible and nothing fixed it aside from stopping the elliptical. As for losing weight fixing the issue, I wish I could tell you!0

Oh no! I hope I don't lose the elliptical too!
Its weird, it does not bother me to walk outside, and I am fine if I put no incline on the treadmill.0 -
