Hello, This is my first time on here.. I actually started last friday.. Just a little concerned, not sure if I am doing this right or not. For example its not even dinner time yet and I only have approximately 437 calories left? Am I doing something wrong.
I've been on weight watchers before and thought it was a good way to really track in black and white and thru a computer
so nothing would get lost. But when I caculate my carrots and celery for example the minus out calories so I am wondering should I even put them on the list?
Any advice and guidance will be very helpful and I thank you ...

Welcome. I have been on MFP for 3 months, starting my 4th. It's the best decision I have made in many years. I have lost weight with diets many times before, but it was never a lifestyle change. hi is my first time here as well and i love it. i find that if you have a few calories left and you want to eat more just exercise and gain more calories. go for a walk and add it to your exercise.0
