                    My new favorite snack this week!
1 sm container of non fat greek yogurt
1 TBSP peanut butter
1 TBSP honey
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of sea salt
1 TBSP chocolate chips
MIX & ENJOY!
320 cals
Protein packed
slightly sweet

            I eat this all the time, although I often leave the chocolate chips/honey out to keep the calories low. I also sometimes mix in a little cool whip and stick it in the freezer for a while....makes for a great ice cream alternative.

            I use peanut butter powder (PB2) and stevia (cuts down on fat & calories) - it's AMAZING as a dip for apples!!0

            I make this sometimes as an afternoon snack and LOVE it - it's even better after putting it in the freezer for an hour! It's like frozen yogurt.0
