Depends on my mood and what I'm doing but I usually listen to:
Foo Fighters, Pantera, Mudvayne, Otep, Audioslave, Stone Temple Pilots, Marilyn Manson, etc.
And then whatever is popular on the radio and r&b - Katy Perry, Lady GaGa, etc.0 -
I have Pandora on my pc and listen to house music for my cardio. For my walking/jogging, I like the same plus Rage Against the Machine. Angry music motivates me0
