My Yoga Online

Does anyone on here subscribe to this? I have a Roku box and I wanted to subscribe to this channel (I think it's $15 a month) so I could do their yoga videos at home. Are the videos good? Can you have access to all the videos when you pay the monthly subscription? Do you recommend it?

I just wanted to check with you all before I committed to it! Thanks! :)

Kate - I asked a couple of my students about My Yoga Online but no one seems to have tried it before. Have you tried http://takeonlineyogaclasses.com/ ?

For trial students who can't afford to attend my classes, I regularly refer them over to it. It's an entire course called ShapeShifter yoga taught by Kris Fondran. She's a personal friend of mine and it's a fun and well designed course..

Let me know if you end up trying it out!

Thanks Sandy for the suggestion. I found her course on YogaIsle.com. It's great!

I haven't tried it, but I do download my yoga classes form Live Yoga Life. They are excellent quality and I can personally recommend two of the teachers, as I have been to many of their classes in Sydney.

    Check it out!

I haven't tried it, but I use yogadownload.com. They have multiple types of memberships and some free classes. You can either download or stream video and audio files with pose guides.
