Hey everyone. I've been working hard, and the dividends are paying off. Hopefully you can see the difference. I have a ways to go before I hit my target weight but it's still progress.

    great job so far.....you can def tell a difference. the before pic....the buttons on your shirt looked stretched.....not in the after pics! Keep it up! You are doing something right!

    sejune, congrats on your weight loss. You are correct that as a RN your physical appearance will make a difference in peoples response to you. Keep up the good work. My son will also graduate May 2011 for RN . He needs motivated to lose weight. The medical field needs to see others that have had success for them to have hope so keep caring about your health. You will have your journey to weight loss to share .

    You look awesome! Now I know what to expect when my hubby loses the weight. lol Your starting weight is the same as my husband's current weight. Great job!
