Ouch!

I've been doing lots of CV work at the gym but yesterday decided to do some work with the hand-weights. I would like to build up to lifting, but because I'm 50 I'm starting slowly. The bad news is that today I'm a bit achey. Not too badly, just enough to know that muscles have been used. The good news is that I ache pretty much everywhere so at least I gave my body a good going over!! haha.....

Yep, I was doing straight cardio for a few weeks but I started with a trainer this week to round out my fitness goals and I am hurting. Walking up and down stairs is an exercise in pain, and my arms and shoulders are on fire, but I will not give up!0
