Does anyone else "housercise"?

Just a fancy term I made up to describe cleaning the house with the music cranked and dancing around while I work. Please tell me I'm not the only crazy one. I swear my mom did it, too!

I was wondering if anyone else does it and knows any way to guestimate how many calories get burned doing it.

I don't know how much it burns. I do TDEE so I don't count my activity the same way. It burns more than walking for me, though, I'd think. I move a lot
