    You made some healthy choices with the fresh fruits and cereal for breakfast.

    I'm a bit dumb on how to see the micro nutrient totals, but it looks like you could eat more veggies and lean protein. The total protein seems a bit low for someone your size as do the overall calories. Do you feel hungry? The fat percentage seems really low overall as well.

    MFP sets the carbs too high and the protien to low. You dont need to drastically change it but it helps to feel full longer if your protien and fats are a little more of your diet than they are now. But better choices than ive seen from you before.

    as we always tell you, get more fruits and veggies in. Eat them raw with ranch dressing, or steam them with a little butter, or roast them for a nice crunch. They contain a lot of vitamins and are very healthy for you

    Low on protein, and cals in general if your exercise burn is correct. So I checked your exercise diary.... :huh:

    Your daily goal before actual exercise is 2630, and you're sitting at 1787. I'm a 45 year old woman and I eat more than that.

    Goal means GOAL - something to strive for, achieve, attain, not a mark to fall well short of.
