Hi all. I managed to shift about 30 pounds starting a year ago, but half of that has crept back on.
I use a fitness centre where I do mainly cardio, and I run a bit but on occasions I also eat way too much. Ideally I would like to shift about 30 pounds, manageable but I am also easily capable of going the other way as well.
I am hoping that reading how others are doing will give me a bit of encouragement, and hopefully I can do the same.
