Had it work to do what? Do you really think if any of this stuff made you lose weight that the majority of the population would be overweight?0

skinny fibre -- gluccomannan (sp?) fibre and enzymes.
Good for you, but over priced as that product.
Bee pollen is a good whole food source of minerals and vitamins.
Not the magic cure for weight loss, but would help with over all health.
Not something that could really be "measured"0 -

To lose weight?
It won't work because there is no weight loss magic. The only thing that works for weight loss is to eat at a calorie deficit.
I did take bee pollen once because I was told it helped fight allergies, but it just made my throat close up. It was scary and I never took it again.
Skinny Fibre sounds like a fad.0 -
Skinny fiber--be careful with this if you have IBS or a sensitive stomach It just made me bloated and uncomfortable
Bee pollen/royal jelly--never brought for weight control. Got it for vitamin/minerals. It works great if you have seasonal allergies. Never ever take on an empty stomach! The effects were unpleasant.0 -
Bee pollen/royal jelly is probably better for seasonal allergies as the posters above said, quality varies widely and if you are very allergic to any of the pollen/flowers the bees included in their gatherings, you could have a reaction like the SLLRunner. I have not heard of any reason this would typically aid weight loss, it was a health fad a while back though.
Skinny Fiber looks like just another fad/marketing of a soluble fiber pill with some herbs added. Do some research online and you will find its produced by a questionable no-name source, with no independent studies to evaluate and show its effectiveness that you can see (they certainly would post them if they had them) and very few studies that you can find showing any of the ingredients work individually. You can go buy cheaper soluble fiber pills and herb pills individually from a supplement store like GNC or Super Supplements, etc if you really wanted to. I wouldn't suggest it, but probably cheaper and better reliable quality than buying the product. This appears to be a reasonably good page of info someone collected on skinny fiber, and if you read it, then look at comments, you can see where all the "distributors" defend it with vague statements of personal success, and poor reasoning and attack him for just stating what he's found or couldnt find and been pretty neutral about: http://supplement-geek.com/skinny-fiber-weight-loss-review/0 -
I take bee caps but that is to support my immune system to prevent colds and flu. Not anything on weight lose.0

I just finished 2 months of Skinny Fiber. I didn't lose any weight or inches. I continued to eat as normal (I'd already lost 42 lbs. on Weight Watchers) and continued to exercise 5-6 days/wk. & drink 50-64 oz. of water daily. When inquiring how to get a refund as I was told there was an 'empty bottle' guarantee, I found it had to be within 30 days. This isn't on their website nor in any information that was sent to me. Save your money and don't buy Skinny Fiber.0

Lol if I had a bunch of free time and nothing else better to do, I would count how many times you repeat this simple and logical formula to people.0
