Alcohol and weighty loss

If alcohol fits into your daily calories do you think it still effects your weight loss. Maybe because it is metabolized differently. I find it impossible to go without my nighty glass of wine!

Much alcohol isn't good for health! one glass a day its ok for women, two glass a day for men. Red wine is better from the white. And yes, alcohol can fit in daily calories but is what you eat with that wine glass, and how your body related to wine that can't help in weight loss.
depends person to person, try one day drink one, and the other day don't, and see what you feel about weight, about your body. And maybe change one to one, for two to two days.0 -
