Dessert Fake-outs

This is probably not new information for most of you. I had extra calories left over and wanted something sweet, but I didn't want to go for the chocolate bar. Instead I raided the frig. and found that I had some flavored greek yogurt and Anna almond thins cookies. Just out of curiosity I decided to crumble a couple of cookies into the yogurt. It tasted close enough to pie that I had my brain convinced it was. This seemed to be a way to eat my "pie" and not feel deprived. I guess this would work with most any flavored yogurt and cookies like almond thins or graham crackers.
Do you have any good dessert fake-outs to share??

Greek yogurt is the best for healthy desserts. I put a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and some sugar and some raspberries, and it's almost like pudding. The other day I was really craving a smoothie, so I blended up some fresh raspberries and frozen mangoes and mixed that in with greek yogurt and it was DIVINE. I bet I could put some graham crackers in there and it would have been like a fruit tart! I'm a little obsessed with greek yogurt though - I eat it almost every day but it's still a treat to me!
I also just like single-serving chocolate things. I can generally get away with eating just one Ghirardelli chocolate square - my favorites are the double fudge and the caramel filled. They are 70-80 calories for one, and it satisfies my before-bed chocolate craving. Or a single square of milk chocolate from Trader Joe's (Pound Plus) is 67 calories. I'm used to dark chocolate, so a small amount of milk chocolate is a treat as well0
