Is this bad?

Everyday I eat different amount of calories. My goal is around 1300 to 1400, but some days I may come in at 1200, and others may be 1600. It varies. Ill always be below maintenance, so it should not matter, right?

I like to use the weekly summary MFP provides as my baseline measurement. Handles just this situation. Basically, the answer is no, it's not bad.

I do this too. Remember that your foods do not have an exact calorie measurement for them. The calories on the side of the box is just an estimate. I do not know the percentage that it is allowed off, but I know that it can be somewhat significant. My biggest trouble is sodium monitoring. The amount of sodium in everything seems so high.

Nope. And I think that being 'flexible' about your daily number is probably benefitting you in the long run :) As long as it's working and you feel like you have plenty of energy, that's all that matters really.

That's what I was thinking. It seems lots of people that only eat 1200 every single day have trouble losing weight or maintaining weight. Since I'm still losing weight changing up calorie intake every day then I'll keep doing it of course. :) Thanks!
