I just started using the ReBody Supplements. It's been almost a week and I can't believe how well they work.
The Chews come 30 to a bag and reccommends you chew two a day..but, I'm still not hungry with just one all day.
I bought them in a health food store for $30, then found them on Ebay for half that.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has tried these..I did a search and found a mention of it but, noone really posted.
I am thinking of using another rebody product called SafSlim..If anyone has any experience with this supplement let me know.
I just bought some to try and see if it helps push me off of this plateau.
Thanks

The question you need to ask yourself is "how is this teaching me to actually reduce my eating?" If you can't do it without the supplements, then you'll be on them the rest of your life. Having dealt with this issue many times with clients, suggestion is that you look beyond what's happening now and how are you going to maintain once you get to goal. Because if you can't, then weight regain will happen and you'll have spent that money for naught.

I tried them because I felt like I needed something to help me stop eating. I think I eat more out of stress..so of course it didn't work. but, also found that they tasted like poop, and made me feel sick to my stomache after an hour from chewing them. I've long since realized that I don't need a magical chew, I just need to focus on something else and if I must eat, to choose something healthy.
but, you give great advice.0
