Intro & help accepted re tracking without weighing

Hi, there! I'm a young mom (and recently made nona!) of two young adults ages 23 and 27. I've managed to maintain my figure and weight just fine until recently shifting from California to Chicago where I'm temporarily living with my 23 year old foodie daughter who also likes to drink more often than I. While I'm also a foodie who loves her wine, I don't eat or drink as much as her on s usual basis, and combine that with a less active life (for now) than in California, and needles to say, I'm not recognising this new shape that's creeping into my life. It's horrifying! Last Sunday, she told me she's going off alcohol until Thanksgiving, and I was thrilled. I joined her on Tuesday, as I celebrated my anniversary on Monday. The photo you see is taken on Monday, well into the late hours after some drinks. Needless to say, I allowed myself plenty on my last day before sobriety. After reading everyone's post on the first page, I was inspired to join the fun and see how much I can lose in the coming month sans alcohol. It'll be tricky to actually learn, as due to severe anorexic past, I've learned to never weigh myself again. Therefore, the numbers I put here in regard to pounds are guesses from the warped mind of a recovered anorexic who will never see her image as others do. Please, no judgement.

figure out what you would like to be your goal weight and eat the maintenance calories for your goal weight. you do not have to weigh your current self.0
