Yay! I actually got off my butt and did my exercise today even though I really didn't feel like it. This is a huge nsv for me. A lot of days I don't feel like doing a long workout so I feed myself the lie that I might as well not do anything at all. Not today! I used an interval timer on my iPad and made myself a 15 min bodyweight circuit. I feel so good! Hopefully this will turn into a habit and I will be able to fit in more longer days, but for now I will bask in the glow of a (short) job we'll done.
