I'd say anyone would have a lack of energy to do anything.0

I would say yes as you should be to tired for anything.0

You're 22, need to lose about 16 pounds?
You should be at about 200 cals under maintenance. I'm guessing - if you are in school or have a job of any type, your maintenance is probably about 2600-3000 at your age. EAT.

Don't eat below your BMR with so little to lose. Maintenance would be much much higher.0 -
No but my partner gets upset if I wear the HRM go straight to the kitchen to eat the calories burnt, returning with a glint in my eye already thinking about that next burger!0

Something is telling me this isn't for the OP. OP's profile says female but this post is asking about a male.
Is your boyfriend not performing, OP?0 -

Ha ha. Good catch, Adini. Regardless - he shouldn't eat under BMR unless he's very over weight, so my basic advice is still applicable.0 -
Thanks, but as adini mentioned, it's not about me..My boyfriend has been on a serious cut for the past four months, and he has no sex drive. I can't tell if it's because of his diet or other things...just wanted to see if that was something that was common for other people as well..0
-
It's because he's hangry

Nope. I've always been high drive, even when I was a stick figure.
Food affects people differently though, so who knows...your boyfriend may trend that way.0 -
How serious a cut are we talking? 1000 cals? 1500?0
