New to this

I went to the doctor today. First time in two years. I was very scared. My weight is way higher then I thought. I also may have diabetes. I am having to make huge changes right away. It's going to be tough and long. Every one else in my family is skinny. Just looking for support.

    You can do it. Start by changing your diet.. You will see a lot more impact with diet then you will just exercising.

    You got this. Start slow, and make small changes you can stick with. Once you're able to do those without issue, add another small change.
    They all add up. Yes, it's long, and yes, it's tough. But you're here, and that determination should see you to the end - however long it takes.
