How did I gain 4lb in a week?

Since last Saturday I have gained 4lb. I am almost at my goal weight (110lb), i weighed myself on saturday and i was 4lb lighter than today. Is it really possible to gain that quickly? On Sunday I cheated and ate around 2000 calories, but all this week I have been good and eaten around 1400 a day. I dont eat a lot of fat and i hardly ever go over my carb allowance, i get most of my calories from lean meat, oily fish and lots of fruit and veg. I cant believe it! The only thing I can think of is that I have not been drinking enough at work due to being really busy and not getting away from my desk much...

Has anyone else gained weight this quickly? What can I do to shed it healthily again? I feel like a failure!
