Excercise that will build muscle tone

Has and one got any suggestions for excersies that build muscle tone. Pin pointing tummy, back, love handles, arms and inner thighs. Thanks in advance.

    Yep, weightlifting!!

    You can't really pinpoint love-handles, the only way you'll lose those is through losing body fat but a good all-over weight lifting program will cover all those other areas nicely.

    Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, OHP.....

    1) Get on a non-retarded beginners compound lifting routine (SS, SL 5x5, All Pro, NROL, etc)
    2) get enough protein,
    3) sustain a moderate calorie deficit,
    4) apply yourself consistently,
    5) be patient - results take time
