How much do you sleep?

How much do you sleep each night/day? Does it affect your weight loss when you get more or less than average?

curious, because my sleep is horrible, horrible, horrible.

    7 to 8 hours.

Yes, I have a harder time eating less calories than I burn if I don't get enough rest. Probably the simple no-brainer of the body wanting an energy source.

lack of sleep can affect your weight loss negatively, there are several studies out there.

Since I cut out caffeine, I sleep between 8-10 hours a day.

ABSOLUTELY! In fact I think it's a huge part of weight loss. I have to get enough sleep. Usually at least 8 hours. If I don't, the scale doesn't budge.

I tend to get 7-8 hours of sleep during the work week. If I'm awake longer, it is easier to eat food that I don't need ;)
