How much do you sleep each night/day? Does it affect your weight loss when you get more or less than average?

7 to 8 hours.
Yes, I have a harder time eating less calories than I burn if I don't get enough rest. Probably the simple no-brainer of the body wanting an energy source.0 -

ABSOLUTELY! In fact I think it's a huge part of weight loss. I have to get enough sleep. Usually at least 8 hours. If I don't, the scale doesn't budge.0

I tend to get 7-8 hours of sleep during the work week. If I'm awake longer, it is easier to eat food that I don't need0
