Bread Replacement

I need a replacement fro bread. f I have bread in house I tend to eat to much of it. I like Baked Beans for breakfast on toast and would like suggestions to replace the bread. I wonder if boiled rice would be better. At least one would not be eating the rice throughout the day.
Any thoughts please

    Rye Mountain bread wraps, cruskits and if you decide to buy bread by a dark rye i find this fills you up and you only need one slice.

    I find putting them on a lower or higher shelf in the pantry so when you open it you aren't drawn to it because it is right in your face.
  • English muffins, rice, quinoa..

    What if you put the bread in the freezer and only took out one slice each morning? Would that work?

    I use oatmeal to replace bread. First as a filling, dense thing to eat. Second, there have been casseroles or other recipes where they tell you to line the pan with bread, and I do it with oatmeal instead. It works.
