I'm trying to lose 10 lbs here...I lost it all last year or so, but stopped doing MFP and slowly gained it all back, UGH. So now I'm back on here, logging religiously. Something's gotta give! Have been stuck in the 140's for over 10 years. Have a friend's wedding in Jamaica in April 2014 and am aiming to lose 15lbs and get under that 140 mark once and for all.

i am eating based on intuitive or mindful eating (paying attention to my body's signals for what and when i need to eat/drink). I walk as much as i can and am working towards exercising 30-60 minutes 4xs/week.0 -

I'm almost identical to you in terms of experience; I had finally reached my goal weight a few months ago but due to travel, over confidence, laziness and other obstacles I stopped using MFP and the pounds are creeping back on. As of today though I'm determined to lose them again and be back in my healthy weight range. LET"S DO THIS!0
