I just started insanity. Finished day 2 today and i was sweating and panting and shaking. A lot!! But i feel like because i took so many breaks that i could have done better. And something i modified because I'm above someone in an apartment. Today was plyometric circuit training and i did the warm up 3 rounds with little to no breaks stretched then the next three rounds were sloppy and breaks were taken. Idk i did complete it nearly 10 min ago still shaking. Am i being to hard on myself?

I've never done insanity, but if you pushed yourself to the point of shaking I definitely think you got a good workout. Don't be so hard on yourself! The fact that you pushed yourself to the finish shows determination! Great job0

You're on Day 3? What exactly were you expecting yourself to accomplish by then!
It's a tough workout - good on you for trying it. But yes, you're being overly critical of yourself.0
