Hey guys, can someone look at my diary for today and tell me how I can up my calories for today?
I don't usually eat this low, but i have so many extra to eat and I really enjoyed all my meals today - I don't feel hungry and when I am, I eat
I would love to eat this kind of thing more (as this is the stuff I have in my fridge!)

Are you vegetarian? if not I would definitely add couple chicken breasts to your menu. If on the other hand you are, then I would go for peanut butter and rice cakes0 -
couple of chicken breasts, maybe something sweet, or a nice bowl of rice? I can't think of much, but honestly if you're not hungry - don't force yourself.0

Heya,
I'm not vegie, but I have been eating at least one chicken breast in my other salads so I wanted a change today haha0 -
yogurt, cheese, nuts, peanut butter.... ice cream... anything will bump up your calories, really.0

One low day won't kill you.. however treat yourself to cheese and crackers or layer tomato, avocado and cheese on zucchini (or eggplant) I also add mushrooms or dip veggies in hummus , or have some chocolate milk!!
Or make a tuna melt If you dont' want the bread put it on eggplant or zucchini!
or peanut butter on an apple or banana or dip them in chocolate and roll it in nuts! mmmmm (ok.. now i'm drooling. LOL)
Or just have a square or two of chocolate.0 -
I personally wouldn't advocate eating when you're not hungry unless you're low on nutrients (and one day of being low on even those won't be a big deal). If you're honestly not hungry, then why force yourself to eat (even something healthy)? Eating for reason other than hunger is a big part of why so many people are overweight and have unhealthy relationships with food, and even if that hasn't been the case for you it's something to keep in mind.
Personally, I'd just enjoy the extra caloric deficit and not eat unless I got hungry again at some point. The exception to this of course would be if you're regularly not eating much because of lack of hunger, at which point I'd worry about possible nutritional deficiencies and maybe even some kind of illness that's causing a lack of hunger. But if it's just once in a while, no biggie. Don't worry too much about the daily act of hitting some exact number; it's the overall average that really matters, and even then calories aren't the big picture.0
