Doctors appointment

Had a visit with my physician this morning. I made sure to put all the heavy stuff out of my pockets into my jacket pocket, and took my jacket off when I weighed because I wanted Doc to know how hard i'd worked (I usually do this, but usually it's because I don't want him to know how bad i've been!)

I have lost 19lbs since my last doctors visit, which was about 3 months ago. I have only been really trying to lose for about 6 weeks, so I'm VERY proud to have almost hit the 20lbs lost mark! Doc was very happy and encouraged me to keep going. Said if I keep up the good work I can maybe lose the Blood pressure and cholesterol meds someday! I want that someday to be sooner rather than later!

We'll check my blood work in 3 months and see how I'm doing. I hope by then I've lost another 20lbs or more!

I'm doing a Primal diet and I've been putting floors in my house as my exercise (Got to keep going on something different for exercise when I get done with that project!)

I was so happy when I got my cholesterol and blood pressure down into the normal range (through healthy eating and exercise). Keep it up. You can do this! :drinker:
