How Accurate is this app's BMR/RMR calculator?

It's saying I burn 2,200 calories a day but a few years ago I took a test that calculated 2,000. I am also 30lbs lighter since that test so if anything, shouldn't my RMR be even less now?

It's just an estimate, it'll be right for some, way off for others. You're talking about a difference of 200 cals, that's not bad for a basic calculator.0

Probably 2/3 of people will fall within 10% either side of the predicted number.0
