                    hi there
was a member a while back and went to join Weight watchers but I was starving every day - ended up putting my food in to mfp and my calories were 1200 for the day and that was me at my points limit :-(
so here I am again starting off with 1800 calories which is above my BMR and will be aiming to exercise 3 times a week - as and when work/family time allows
anyways looking for some nice people to be my supportive friends
I am aiming for a decent loss for may 2014 as I have a cruise - I have 5st to lose in total
