Food Scales

My last grocery store style inexpensive food scale finally broke. Luckily for me, Canadian Tire has all of their food scales on for half-price until next Thursday. What a difference a good scale makes! Now I know my food diary will be a lot more accurate from now on. Something to think about if you don't own a scale yet...get what you pay for.
