    Chicken with red peppers, fajita sauce and cottage cheese.

    Fish with red peppers and fajita sauce and carrots

    Beef, chicken, or turkey. Whatever is in the queue, along with unseasoned black beans.

    Whole wheat wraps, baby spinach, grated carrots, red cabbage, grated cheese, taco sauce, hot sauce, and the occasional salsa.
