    Thanks to EVERYONE!! You truly make me feel great for what I've accomplished. As for anyone who asked about what I do for core exercises....all that I have done so far is the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michael's and also her Yoga Meltdown. Other than that I have really just watched my calories, and drank lots of green tea and water.

    I was wondering if u all have any answers to my question I have been working out and watching what I am eating and and drinking my water and i am gaining weight how is that possible ,, what am i doing wrong dose anyone have any idea or help thanks hugs to ya all
