Tae Bo for beginners

Options
I'm looking to start back doing Tae Bo. I lost a lot of weight about 5 years ago using the vhs. I was looking through amazon, and there are soooo many different Tae Bo dvd. All the dvd I look at, the reviews say not for beginners. Can someone recommend a Tae Bo dvd to purchase for someone just starting out?

Youtube has many of his instructional and beginner classes on line. Also go on collagevideo and you can preview them or ask a fitness instructor to recommend one. I think with Tae Bo what makes something beginner or advanced is the length of time time the cardio lasts. He has classes from 30 minutes to 90 minutes of pure cardio.
