Please- Look up Glaucoma. Not trying to worry you, but you have to be realistic here and check out all avenues before assuming its a "positive" change.
Its great that you're doing this whole raw plant based diet.. but still go to a doctor asap. If it is something serious, you could save a lot of time, money, and grief by catching it early than if you continue to let it progress.0 -

Ummm....I have brown eyes and from when I was a baby, I have had that ring around my eyes. I am going to have to say that this probably isn't true..lol.
My daughter had grey eyes as a baby and still has a slight ring.0 -
There are adults who have a change in eye color. It is a small percentage, but maybe you are just one of those few and it has zero to due with diet. Google adult eye color changing/changes.0

I've read this on a few raw food websites but never heard the reasoning behind it. The whole "eyes are darker because of toxins in the system" is a very interesting one. Does that mean that my kids, who were born with dark black eyes had a whole whack load of toxins in their systems? Or was it just because they're Black?
In all seriousness though, I'm curious as to what the science is behind this really happening since a whole lot of raw food people say it's happened to them.0 -
My eyes went from blue to green in my late 20s. Nothing to do with diet, though. I'm pretty sure I was doing the Cheetoh diet at that point...0
