Ok Ok, I forget it's only "D-Town" to the locals lol. So I thought I would try again.

27, not married- no kids, not even pets haha. About 30 pounds to lose and I'm giving myself one year.

I'm training for my first 1/2 marathon in April 2014. Love to lift and trying to get into yoga.

I'm used to quick fix restrictive and extreme diets (I've tried paleo, raw, vegan etc) and now I'm here to really lose the weight for good. I love food, so I don't want to leave anything out. Life is best lived over good company and good food.

Looking for similar accountability friends on here with similar lifestyles!

    I'm slightly on Vegan because my stomach just couldn't handle any of the greasy food I grew up with, so I'm around 75-85% vegan, but I still eat chicken, fish and sometimes (very little) red meat.

    Howdy from the Alamo City! I went "mostly vegan" and haven't looked back. In fact, as of Oct 25th it was a year ago that I was almost 300lbs. In any event, you can do it by doing mostly veggies and keep it off! :) You can do this!!
