I still did my daily 6km walk, but it took everything for me to go. I seem to have hit a plateau and even though I lost 7.5 inches in 11 days the scale is not reflecting my hard work. It's a wee bit discouraging. :-(

Some days the energy level just isn't there. I find a few days before my period, my heart rate is higher, my energy level lower, and I'm out of breath faster. I just do my best or sub a yoga day. The scale also goes up at this point.0

This sounds like you need to take a relaxing day hun. It is okay to feel like this sometimes, but maybe take a day to do your hair, perhaps take care of your nails or hang out somewhere you might enjoy and relax a bit0

I never thought that it could be my period, and maybe I should allow myself to have rest days to do something else that's for myself I might enjoy. I also agree that inches are better than the number on the scale. Especially in my case. I have a small waist, but strong thick legs. Maybe I was just wishing they would slim down quicker. I may have to rethink my weight loss goal.0 -

I'd totally take the inches! I'm at a plateau too, but with neither the weight loss nor the inches (except a bit). Arrgh!0 -
