I can't believe it...i reached my first goal!!!!

I've been using MFP since January and have been in awe over how easy it's been to track food and adjust my eating habits (not cutting out the foods I like, just cutting down), and going for lots of walks and some rowing. I'm 53.

This morning I got a major shock...i actually reached the goal i set for myself..85 lbs. I had to step on the scale 3 different times to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

I am so in shock and so happy, I can't believe it. I just reset my goal to lose another 10 lbs and will go in increments till i'm comfortable where I am. Shouldn't be a lot more.

Just stick with the program everyone..it works! it works! It works!
