I do the 'sitting on the legs' thing as well.
I'm a chronic fingernail biter. I have no pinkie fingernails (gross, I know).
I inhale chips....really want to break this bad habit.0 -
I have a bad habit and I only do this with coffee. I take a big mouthful and then swallow little bits at a time. It's stupid.0

Chronic worrying and imagining the worst that could happen.
Especially after my mom died. I dont think I will ever fully recover from it.
I've gotten counseling for anxiety off and on but it still gets the best of me at times. I also beat myself up a lot, too.0 -
