    7 1/5 weeks into my cutting back sugar and eating better and 7.1kgs down this morning!! Excited much! Just need to tone up some :bigsmile: Will start hitting the gym, currently running around Oxenford/Coomera lake (QLD Gold Coast) a couple of times a week (4kms). :happy:
