Am LOVING my protein bar by Supreme Protein. I have tried about every protein bar on the market and these are THE BEST! Taste like a candy bar and have kept my sweet cravings at bay! I eat one for a snack daily. I'm trying to have mutliple small meals, so this counts as a "meal" at 200 cals. I have a monster-sized sweet tooth and this has really kept me on track! I found them at Sams and just wanted to share in case someone else could benefit from them as well! What keeps your sweet tooth satisfied?

The Supreme Protein bars are sooooo good! A friend of mine told me about them and the whole family likes them. WE get the peanut butter crunch for 190 cal. Keep them in the freezer or fridge and they taste even better (masks that whey protein taste). But, Sam's didn't have any this week!!!!!!!! My kids eat them before their swim practices and meets.

My other sweet tooth things are Ghiradelli dark chocolate chips (8 chips for 40 calories) to take care of the chocolate craving and a medium gala apple with peanut butter. It's my "after school" snack and really takes me through to our late dinners.
  • When you crave chocolate, medjool dates are a great substitute. They contain as much iron as dark chocolate, and are sweet enough to assuage any sugar craving! Just one or two will do though!
  • I am so glad that both of you posted this! I have an enormous sweet tooth myself and will be trying your suggestions! if you have any others, please share!! :)

Mine is a ISO FLEX WHEY protein shake. I LOVE the chocolate peanutbutter flavor. I have one after my workout and in the afternoon when I am dying for something sweet. Theres only 118 calories, 1g carbs, 27g protein in each scoop and it does the job for me
  • Oh, I'll have to try that! Something sweet for just over 100 cals sounds GREAT to me! Where can it be found?
