Looking for ideas for a quick and easy low-carb dinner. Had too many carbs for breakfast leaving me only 22 for the day. I'm thinking something egg based. Thanks!

    What about a 3 or 4 egg omelet ?

    Add in some cheese, and mushrooms, onions. Top with a little salsa. Great low carb high protein meal.

    If its too 'breakfast-y' for you how about a simple grilled seasoned chicken breast with steamed asperagus.

    I like omlette's. Can't leave the wifey high and dry though, so I don't know.

    So what happens if you were to eat like 23g of carbs?

  • Make the omelette mixed with vegetables don't add cheese or too much of oily stuff, which will not only give good taste also that would be high in protein

    Well, I'd hate for the world to explode. I'm going on vacation in a week :frown:

    Better stick with the omelette.

    Gammon steak with a fried egg. And pineapple. And baby sweetcorn (too many carbs?). And ... a grilled tomato. Mmmm ...

    A ginormous salad full of cheese (halloumi, cherry tomatoes, rocket, avocado, cucumber, radish, grilled courgette slices, sunflower seeds ...)

    STEAK with green beans and grilled tomatoes and mushrooms and a really nice sauce.

    Or, yeah, an omelette.
