im pasting my response from an identical thread posted friday (i believe it was friday)...
of all the meals out, sushi is not one i recommend holding back on.
especially if it's your first time.
sushi is worth skipping lunch for.
sushi is worth an extra 2 hours on the dreadmill for.
sushi is worth going over for.
go to dinner, try some of everything and enjoy the amazing experience that sushi is.
wash it down with sake and never have a single regret about it.
and now i'm thinking sushi for dinner...so thank you.
^ This....totally agree.

Try everything if you are a first timer and enjoy.
Agreed! It's not going to kill you to go over in calories one day. Yes, the rolls with anything fried or any mayo-based sauces are going to be higher in calories, but you should just order what sounds good to you. Try a bit of everything!0 -
I bought sushi and edamame beans on Friday for dinner.
12 small pieces (veggie and fish, nothing fried, 200g Total) 300cals
180g Beans 180cals
I had more than enough with that. What get my system is the sodium in the soy sauce. But what the heck.
Enjoy!0 -
I recently have been ordering the Naruto roll. Yery yummy, low cal and def filling. No rice used so low carb too0
