Lose weight together in November :laugh:

Hey all... just to continue on the motivation and support.. purely because I've not been motivated lately... I decided to continue on the monthly weight loss idea

Let's see how many total pounds we can lose in November. Aim for 5, then let us know at month's end what your total is... or if you have a specific kind of weight change you have in mind then measure that on a weekly basis.

Here's what you do:

SW: (Starting weight or change)
CW: (Current weight or change)
GW: (Goal weight for the month or change)

11/1
11/8
11/15
11/22
11/31

Total weight lost:


Personally I'm trying to lose about 4lbs but more importantly get my butt and hips more toned.

    I want to join this too! My baby just started eating a bit of solids so I am going to attempt to SLOWLY lose some weight or at least just control my calorie intake.
