Time to REenergize!

Hi all,
I've had a lot of success since starting in May. But the last 2-3 weeks have been, well, let's say they haven't been my best efforts. Not huge failures but definitely not my best behavior. Viruses, medications, work, rain, travel have all conspired to shift my focus.
But now, it's time to RE-ENERGIZE, RE-FOCUS, and start losing weight again.
The plan
1. Keep tracking every day, just like always
2. More vegetables, more vegetables, more vegetables!!
3. Less nuts
4. Less cheese
5. Add some new exercise to the walking routine
6. More water
7. Again, vegetables
8. Have a plan for supper
9. Did I mention the vegetables?
There is just no way I'm going to gain back what I've lost. No way I want this train to stop it's forward motion.
Thanks for listening.

A little over a year ago, I had lost over 40 pounds by tracking on MFP and exercise and I felt and looked great. My problem was staying on course. I have now regained 30 of those pounds because when I hit my goal weight, I stopped tracking, etc. Part of my problem was a move across the country and once I got out of my routine, it was all downhill from there. I can't tell you how many times I got on the scale, noticed that I had gained 5 pounds and told myself that I needed to get a grip before it got out of control. Well....I didn't listen to myself because here I sit. Now my problem is that winter is here and I don't fit into any of my winter clothes. When I made my goal weight, I got rid of every piece of larger clothing and rewarded myself with a new wardrobe. I refuse to buy larger clothes as that would make it too easy so I restarted last week. I live in capris and skirts with elastic waistbands! I not only have to drop this weight again, but I have to learn to continue after I hit my goal weight. There are no additional moves in my future so hopefully I won't get derailed again!
Anyway, I'm with you! Time to get REenergized!! NOW0 -
